Generally speaking, all of these diets are great but the Paleo Diet still stands out from the rest of the crowd. The main problem with the other diets is that they still allow you to eat synthetic meals rich in preservatives and other unnatural chemicals that are all hazardous to the body. The caveman diet is all natural and perfectly aligns to what the body was adapted for. The human body evolved specifically for the food listed in the Paleo Diet. It wasn’t until farming and cultivating that mankind introduced foreign food into his diet. The Paleo Diet is natural, simple, and compatible with a good Water Diet.
Is the Paleo Diet Compatible with Other Diets?
If there is any diet that you can match up with the Paleo Diet then it is the Water Therapy Diet. This is the diet where you need to drink a glass of water before and after every meal. Basically this diet focuses on getting rid of “water fat” and lets your body get back to a normal hydration cycle. This is very good for the Paleo Diet because the water will allow the body to absorb all the nutrients coming from all the whole food that the caveman diet focuses on.
Comparing the Paleo Diet to the Atkins Diet
The Atkins Diet is another very popular diet these days. The basis of the Atkins Diet is to reduce as much carbohydrates in the daily diet as possible. This will lead the body to enter a state of ketosis where it will begin to burn its own fat as fuel. Basically the person is now getting energy from ketones (broken up fragments of body fat). When you look at the meals included in the Atkins Diet you’d initially think you are looking at a Paleo Diet but there are a few glaring differences.
In my life i read so many book about paleo recipe but sebastien noel write the Best Paleo Recipe Book i ever seen.
First of all, the Atkins Diet doesn’t really care where the food you eat comes from so long as it follows the main tenet: more protein, more fat, and less carbohydrates. You could be eating factory-processed food and cultivated meat or dairy products and it doesn’t matter so long as you still follow the basic outline of their diet.
Secondly, this diet is perfectly fine with a person eating grains and artificial sweeteners. This is 100% against the tenets of the Paleo Diet. The Paleo Diet really goes back to “eating what cavemen ate” so grains and other grown wheat, beans, and all the factory-made sweeteners are out of the picture.
Third, Atkins Diet is more concentrated on proteins and fats while straying from ingesting too many carbohydrates. The Paleo Diet on the other is much simpler: just eat what caveman ate back in Old Stone Age days. The prior wants your body to enter a unique state of ketosis. The latter on the other hand wants you to revert back to the original diet that man evolved and adapted to.
